In the video you will see how I work with Arabella to get her sleepy then gently move her onto the posing table. Once on the posing table, I move through a workflow of different poses and try on a variety of props. If you’re wondering why I wear gloves, it’s because I tend to have fairly cold hands. I’ve learned that most babies don’t really appreciate cold hands, so that’s why I wear soft gloves!

My studio is located in Independence, Missouri and I serve clients all over the greater Kansas City area. Newborn sessions are best done when baby is between 7-14 days old if possible.
My photography studio offers a variety of scenes including 2 beautiful natural light areas with the bedroom and the window bench seat. The newborn posing room and my backdrop wall use my studio light and large umbrella. All spaces are available for all of my clients to give you a variety in your images.
