Newborn pictures of Baby Liam.
Sweet little Liam was 7 days old when he came in to see me for his newborn photoshoot. He did so well and slept through most everything! He was a little squirmy and sensitive when trying to get his poses just perfect; but he was so fun to work with. I had a great time getting to know him and his parents while I worked with him and he has quite a sweet story. Liam is a very lucky little boy to have his amazing parents to raise and look after him the rest of his life.
His Mama picked out my dark green drop for the table poses. Dark colors are fun and challenging to photograph newborns on as babies typically need quite a bit of skin color editing. Liam in particular was fairly red (as most babies are), but the dark green complimented him well.
As a photographer, newborn photography is what speaks to me. These sweet little babies are so precious to pose and work with. I pay close attention to detail with my angles, lighting, adjusting props, settings and angles as I go to ensure the images are just perfect. Capturing these babies sweet little features and highlighting all their newborn-ness is so fulfilling and challenging all at the same time. I learn something new from each and every baby I work with.
