One Year Photoshoot
It has been such a joy to watch Elias grow. He came to visit me at my studio several times throughout his first year and I’m so happy his Mama chose and trusted me as a photographer.
We started off his One Year photoshoot with some portraits of him and his big sister. After those we changed the setup to his cake smash with a Wild One theme! Elias loved his cake.. a boy after my own heart!

My studio is located in Independence, Missouri and I also offer on location photo portrait sessions anywhere in the Kansas City area.
Cake Smash photo sessions will use a Classic one hour session, because I always include portraits without the cake and smash theme prior to the fun messy part! For the cake smash portion, I like to keep a simple approach. I can provide a few simple props, but parents are always welcome to bring anything that they wish to include.
The cake is something I also provide, which is a simple white cake from Hyvee and I will add embellishments to the cake based on the theme of the cake smash. If parents wish to have a more elaborate cake, they are welcome to bring something different.
