Do you remember Cole’s newborn session? He came back to see me for a Valentine’s mini session and he is just the sweetest. He is seriously the happiest baby ever, so so smiley and giggly.
I hosted a day of Valentines Themed mini sessions at my photography studio in Independence. Mini sessions are a great way to get more updated pictures throughout the year at a more affordable cost because I can keep the cost of mini sessions down as I use the same setup, the same location and shoot shorter sessions back to back. It’s a win-win for me and you!

He is such a strong boy, look at how well he’s lifting up on his tummy!
Ok, so I have to be honest.. Cole can’t sit yet by himself. He’s still just a bit too young; therefore, I had his mom and dad help prop him up in a sitting position and I made a composite image where it appears he is sitting by himself. What a cutie!
A bucket helps for babies who are too young and little to sit up by themselves. Not to worry, dad’s hand was right there for safety.
Although newborns are my all-time fave, baby milestone portrait sessions come in a very close 2nd. It’s so fun to watch them grow and be able to interact with them.
