Sterling is 1!
I had a great time with Sterling and he did so well for his big 1 year shoot! He wasn’t super excited and into the cake, but that didn’t stop us from having fun!
We always start cake smash sessions with some portraits before the cake comes out. I put on some good old kid music that is hard to resist getting smiles out of!
We used a really simple blue and yellow star theme. Mama brought his adorable outfit and I made the star garlands.

Cake time!!
It’s hard to tell, but he wasn’t super into the cake at first, so mama put some of his favorite snack-puffs back there which he gladly tasted.
Sterling is getting a little braver with the cake!

Seriously.. he’s so bored with this cake, lol.
