Baby Rachel
Rachel was another adorable baby girl that came to my studio and I know I say this too much, but I could have played with her all day! She was a dream to pose and photograph at new newborn baby portrait session. Her skin was just perfect and she let me pose her however I wanted. Newborn Photography is not easy, but babies like Rachel make it easier.
Newborn Photography is best done when baby is between 7-14 days old but even up to 1 month is an option. If baby was born prematurely, we can adjust that date based on their expected due date. In my experience, some of my easiest babies were preemies! I think it’s because they’re so used to being handled if they spent time in the NICU.
We started this session off with Froggy Pose! I always seem to have the best luck with this pose when it’s done at the very beginning of a newborn photo shoot.

Even though you won’t always know the day a baby will be born, we can still reserve your due date in my planner. This allows me to plan for your baby’s newborn session and prepare any props that you wish to be used. Once baby is born you can contact me and we will set up the actual session date/time.
