Lierz Wedding
Ceremony Location: St. Paul’s Catholic Church. Concordia, MO
Reception Location: Martin Community Center. Marshall, MO
Such a beautiful day for such a beautiful wedding. I was honored to be chosen as Sara and Troy’s wedding photographer.
As with most weddings, I started off my day photographing the Bride getting ready. Sara looked absolutely stunning when I arrived with her hair and makeup already in place! Capturing some details shots of the dress is a must have!
There is a home right next to the church (owned by the church) that the Bridal party was able to use for getting ready. In the upstairs of the home were some rooms with great light so I asked Sara to climb up and down the narrow stairway just to get her dress on. It was the perfect, quiet place for her and her mom to have some special, quiet moments together. Sara may have even snuck a peek at Troy out the window.
Next up was Troy and Sara’s first look! Troy, as are most grooms was so excited (and nervous).
After the first look we took a few minutes to grab some Bride and Groom Portraits right around the beautiful Catholic church. It had some amazing windows and opportunities for great wedding photography!
Sara was really hoping for some natural outdoor shots so we all (Bridal Party included) took a short drive to a nearby lake area. I’m so glad when bride’s want to take a little extra time for pictures and amazing locations!
Ceremony
The ceremony was beautiful and touching. Sara’s dad was so proud walking her down the aisle.
It was a little drive to the reception location so we stopped off the freeway to grab some sunset shots. We barely had time and a sunset shot turned a little more into a silhouette, but still so fun and gorgeous!
